Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • All accessories, manuals, and included components are returned.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Note: Certain items, such as digital products, software, or customized items, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Seller Fault: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Returns: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet our policy conditions, we may return the item to you at your expense.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at techsosavvyshop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Used or damaged items (unless received in that condition)

  • Clearance or final sale items

6. How to Initiate a Return

  2. A clear reason for the return

  3. Photos (if applicable)

We will provide instructions on how to return your item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post).

  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
